You can't fix stupid #2.
I had a man bring his mother to our ED, because he wanted us to transport her to the hospital 20 minutes down the road, where she had a ready room on the floor. I asked him why he didn't drive her there instead of here. He stated "I don't know how to get there!" Next, we spoke to our Supervisor, who said to just print out the directions for him. When we did, he said "Oh, I have a GPS, just give me the address!" You can't fix stupid.
